MUA does Flower Nail Art!

So, today is National Floral Design day and at MUA Towers we ♥LOVE♥ nail art!

We felt super inspired by everything floral cute and yummy and decided to start playing with some of our fave MUA Nail polish shades to create Floral Nail Art inspired by Cath Kidston.

These cupcakes look tooo good to eat – they are so cute!!!

We found them when looking for Cath Kidston floral prints online!

Step 1

Choose some of you favourite MUA Nail polishes to play with – bright and spring colours are ideal

Step 2

Look for a print or some inspiration to give you ideas – you could paint all nails with the same print or mix them up.  Whatever print you find you can simplify and use as inspiration.

Step 3

Paint your base coat colour on to your nails.  Choose a skinny brush (you could use a lip or thin liquid eyeliner brush) and get creative.  If you do not have a steady hand then spots and stripes are a good place to start.  If you are feeling more adventurous then you could try some of the flowers that we painted.  We created our flowers using a white and red splodge of polish with some green leaves either side.
Step 4

When you are happy with your design and your nails are dry then paint over them with a MUA clear top coat.

Remember this is all about fun nail art and experimenting, if at first the design doesn’t look quite right then feel free to remove the design and try again.

Have fun and let us know how you get on!
