I created a gothic eye make-up look inspired by the new movie Twilight 'Breaking Dawn’ which you would have seen on yesterday’s blog & You Tube channel, so today I am bringing you purple lips using MUA eye shadows to complete the dramatic and daring look!
I was inspired to give lipsticks a try after noticing all the fun shades that many stars are rocking this winter and I must say they look amazing so this tutorial is perfect for this winter’s lipstick beauty trend!

Below is a full listing of all the products and how to get the look using MUA eye cosmetics:
Step 1:
Make the lips a Blank canvas and make them pop and apply pearl eye shadow in ‘Shade 1’, £1 all over the top and bottom lip line.
Definition is the key when it comes to perfecting this look. You really can’t achieve a fool proof purple lipstick alone.
So using the 3 in 1 Extreme eye contour pen, £1.50 outline your lips with your liner, making sure to draw big, bold lines.
The point here is to create boundaries for your colour so it stays put, so don’t be shy when you apply. And because the liner is cream, it will blend easily with your lipstick and you won’t have to worry about feathering. So be fearless!
Using an eye shadow brush for precision dab and drag single eye shadow in ‘Shade 13’, £1 and then ‘Shade 9’ to cover the outer lip area.
My Final magic touch…. I always highlight in the middle of the lips with a highlighted colour so using the trio eye shadow set in ‘Passionate’ with the lightest purple, as this gives an instant pout!!This looks fab when the light catches your lips.
