Chocolate chips are so beloved that they have their own day of celebration today! There’s no wrong way to eat them, whether thrown into ice cream, muffins, pancakes or anything else we can use as an excuse for a chocolaty bite. Of course, nothing beats fresh out of the oven chocolate chip cookies and the first thing that came to my mind was the Cookie Monster!
So here you can create your own Cookie Monster nails with MUA nail varnishes with my step by step guide:
Step 1:
Apply Shade 19-£1 to all your fingers nails
Step 2:
Take a sharp pencil and dip this into Shade 22 nail varnish-£1 and apply random dots your fingers nails to create 'Chocolate Chips' leave an accent nail free of dots.
Step 3:
Use Shade 5 liquid eyeliner-£1 to create a mini chocolate chip cookie!
Step 4:
Take Shade 9 nail varnish to create a blue base for your cookie monster. Also using your shade 5 black liquid eyeliner create a black mouth.
Step 5:
Finally apply white circles for the eyes. Let this dry then add two black dots to bring your cookie monster alive! When all finger nails are dry apply Shade 17 clear nail varnish to add shine and to keep your nail art lasting longer.
