new mua cosmetics: Get Katy Perry Inspired Eyes From the Billboard Music Awards 2012

As Katy Perry announced her official #KP3D movie poster on Twitter today ...from a hairbrush to a headliner...which sets to be her new film out on JULY 5^TH, which here at MUA Towers we are very excited about. Also Katy looked amazing at the Billboard music awards I thought it would be rude not to do a make-up look dedicated to her this week using MUA Cosmetics!

To go with her lavender Blumarine dress, Misaki silver bangles and purple hair, Katy Perry took a break from her usual bright colours and winged eyeliner and looks glamorous, it kind of reminded me of a 90′s Goth with the defined eyes, groomed brows and bold, wine-coloured lips.

Get the Katy Perry Look!

Step 1:

Apply Intense Coloured Eyeliner in 'Snow White'-£1 to your eyelids

Step 2:

Now blend with your finger to soften and even out. This acts as a great sticky base!

Step 3:

Load an oval eyeshadow brush with the lightest shade from 'Innocence' trio eyeshadow set-£2.50 and set Snow White eyeliner.

Step 4:

Apply Snow White eyeliner to the bottom water line. Set this with Innocence Trio eyeshadow set in the lightest shade

Step 5:

Load an angled blending brush with the darkest brown shade from Innocence Trio eyeshadow set and place this into the crease of they eye

Step 6:

Now- Blend, Blend!

Step 7:

To open the eyes up apply Shade 5- black eyeliner-£1 to the top lash line and to give it more a subtle and smoky look take Matte Single Eyeshadow in Shade 20-£1 and place this on top of the liquid eyeliner

Step 8:

Load an oval brush with the lightest shade from Innocence trio eyeshadow set and apply this to the brow bone to make the eyes pop!

Step 9:

MUA's false eyelashes in style- 'Vixen'-£2 will finish your Katy Perry look! Apply two coats of your favourite MUA mascara in order to blend your natural lashes with the false lashes and there you have Katy Perry eyes!
