Get Wintery Blue MUA Nail Art This Winter

Okay, we know that blue nails are nothing new for the chillier months of the year, but what’s different this year is that those blue colours are either super dark or bright blue. The most-worn ones seem to be blue black, rich navy and bright blue this season; however I have opted for a bright blue to brighten my nails with a winter twist by adding glittery nail art.

There are so many ways to wear this look: You can basically pick any of the two blue nail varnishes from the MUA range from Shade 1 Or Shade 9 both £1, then add a sliver and blue art design. The shades I have picked are not your style? Why not try a deep red wine colour, or a blue-green variation?

Shade 1, £1 as another option.

So I was feeling a little crazy, and added a sliver & black MUA liquid eyeliner both £1 for added iridescence to my winter nail look! This trend is incredibly versatile and that’s what makes it so great for those cold winter days.

Shade 5, Black liquid Eyeliner- £1

Shade 4, Silver liquid Eyeliner- £1

How to get the look:

Step 1:

Apply two coats of  the blue nail varnish in Shade 9, £1 to all your finger nails. Let this dry completely.

Step 2:

With a steady hand apply the silver liquid eyeliner in Shade 4, £1 to create your desired winter design. Let this dry completely.

Step 3:

To add dimension to your silver design add a black liquid nail varnish in Shade 5 to your desired winter design. let this dry completely.

Step 4:

To keep your winter design in place for longer, apply one coat of clear nail varnish in Shade 17, £1. Let this dry completely.
